Specifications
Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, precision stamped. Blade length and thickness varies, depending on the type of knife. Thickness ranges from 2 to 3 mm (1/16" to 1/8"). All blades have 53-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Use & Care
Knives are corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
